Avondale Farms was once located at the heart of Halls Crossroads. Now the home of the Crossroads Center anchored by Rural King and Ingles.

Located on U.S. 441 next to the Halls Shopping Center. Air-conditioned, free tv, two efficiency apartments available.  Amenities include a swimming pool and a playground.

At one time people came to this location for vacation and some R&R, now they head to this location to buy auto parts!  Advanced Auto Parts now sits where this motel was once located.

Station#12 – Rural Metro Halls Fire Station circa 1970’s.  There were only 8 stations in the 1970’s.  Rural Metro now has 18 stations that serve Knox County.
