What a wonderful turnout for a cool evening! Clayton Park was the perfect destination and a safe place for Halls kids to come have Halloween Fun! We appreciate the Knox County Sheriff’s Officers directing traffic and Katy Davis with the Special Education Unit giving out gun safety locks and badges.
We could not have done this without the work and help of the Hallsdale-Powell Utility District and Darren Cardwell. They provided portable lights, labor and coordination for this event and also helped to build our selfie station.
Additionally the Knox County Parks and Recreation Department was instrumental in making Clayton Park available and keeping it the clean and manicured park it is.
We had over 600 visitors and 30 businesses who set up booths and handed out treats to all our visitors. This was a big success and we know it will become a Halls standard event from now on!
